In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pkr36" / "we" / "us" / "the Company" — refers to the entity operating the pkr36 gaming platform at pkr36.net under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" — the pkr36 website at pkr36.net, including all gaming products, account features, payment services, and support facilities accessible therein.
• "Player" / "you" / "User" — any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of pkr36.net.
• "Account" — the individual gaming account created by a Player following successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the PKR-denominated funds held within a Player's pkr36 Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins, or match bonuses awarded to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering and eligibility conditions.
• "Restricted Territory" — any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, address, and source-of-funds documentation required by pkr36 prior to processing withdrawals or at any other stage deemed necessary.

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the pkr36 Platform, including registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkr36. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account.

pkr36 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

To register an Account and use the pkr36 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age. pkr36 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Gaming is not available to persons under 21 under any circumstances.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located within a Restricted Territory at the time of accessing or using the Platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on pkr36 or any other gaming platform where cross-platform exclusion applies.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or director of pkr36 or its affiliated service providers.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Submission of false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.

pkr36 reserves the right to request verification documents at any stage. Registration does not guarantee Account approval. pkr36 may decline any application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

Each Player may register and hold only one Account on the pkr36 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkr36 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical transactions, and retain any balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pkr36 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pkr36 will not be held liable for any losses, whether financial or otherwise, arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkr36 support immediately via the contact details provided on the Platform. pkr36 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

pkr36 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where:

• The Account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity is detected or reasonably suspected;
• The Account is used in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity;
• The Account holder breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• pkr36 is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or licensing authority directive.

Upon closure of an Account for any reason, pkr36 will return verified real-money balances to the Account holder via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding liabilities owed to pkr36.

All deposits and withdrawals on pkr36 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr36 supports a range of Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. Available payment methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times are displayed in the Account cashier and may vary from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your pkr36 Account Balance upon successful confirmation by the relevant payment processor. pkr36 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be returned and may trigger an Account review.

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of identity and, where applicable, source of funds. pkr36 may request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been previously used for a deposit, or to a verified account in the Player's name.
• pkr36 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, the Player's bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed fastest.
• pkr36 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on any Account as part of its responsible gaming and security obligations.

Funds deposited into a pkr36 Account that remain unused and against which no gaming activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the pkr36 fee schedule, which is available on request.

pkr36 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and validity periods. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable across all pkr36 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to a third party's Account.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances.
• pkr36 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a Player.
• Players who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements — will have all associated bonus balances voided and their Accounts reviewed.
• pkr36 may revise, suspend, or discontinue any ongoing promotional program at its sole discretion with reasonable notice where possible.

All gaming activity on the pkr36 Platform is governed by the individual game rules applicable to each product — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slot titles, pool rummy games, and sports betting. These game-specific rules are accessible within each game or betting market interface and form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr36 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform without human oversight;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in betting markets — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies designed to guarantee profit while circumventing the intended risk structure of pkr36 markets;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with any part of the pkr36 Platform infrastructure.

pkr36 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino and card game products. Sports and cricket betting odds are set by pkr36's trading team and are subject to change prior to market closure. pkr36 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event has started where live data confirms the bet was placed with the knowledge of the outcome.

In cases of dispute regarding game outcomes, the result recorded in pkr36's system logs shall be considered final, subject to the pkr36 dispute resolution procedure outlined in Section 12.

pkr36 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire Platform. We provide a range of tools designed to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options — all accessible from within Account settings.

Self-exclusion is available to any pkr36 Player on request. A self-excluded Player will have their Account suspended for the duration of the chosen exclusion period, during which pkr36 will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded Player. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly upon receipt by the pkr36 support team.

All content on the pkr36 Platform — including but not limited to the pkr36 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, data, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr36 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the Platform content without prior written authorisation from pkr36;
• Use the pkr36 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context without express written permission;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any third-party website or application;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by any automated means.

Unauthorised use of pkr36 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

The pkr36 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pkr36 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available, accurate, and free from technical faults, pkr36 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr36 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform;
• Any losses arising from telecommunications failures, internet outages, power disruptions, or third-party payment processing errors beyond pkr36's reasonable control;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform where such information contains errors not caused by pkr36's wilful misconduct.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pkr36's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In all other cases, pkr36's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

pkr36 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at pkr36.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkr36 may share personal data with third-party service providers, payment processors, identity verification agencies, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law or licensing obligations. pkr36 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

pkr36 implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

pkr36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkr36 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and pkr36 regarding any aspect of these Terms or any gaming transaction, the Player should first contact the pkr36 support team, which will attempt to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. If a resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism available under pkr36's international gaming license.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkr36 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
