In this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pkr36" / "we" / "us" / "our" — the entity operating the pkr36 gaming platform at pkr36.net under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" — the pkr36 website at pkr36.net, including all associated gaming products, account services, payment facilities, and support channels.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — any individual who registers an account on the Platform, accesses pkr36.net, or otherwise interacts with any pkr36 service.

pkr36 does not knowingly collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing and are never accessible in plain text by pkr36 staff.

pkr36 uses the Personal Data it collects for the following purposes:

• Account management: To create, maintain, and administer your pkr36 account, including processing logins, managing account preferences, and communicating account-related notices.
• Identity verification & KYC compliance: To verify your identity, age, and eligibility to use the Platform in accordance with our licensing obligations and responsible gaming commitments. All players across Pakistan and other jurisdictions are subject to these checks.

• Marketing communications (opt-in only): To send promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates to Players who have opted in to receive such communications. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support or updating your account preferences.
• Customer support: To respond to queries, complaints, and requests submitted via live chat or email, and to maintain records of support interactions for quality assurance purposes.

pkr36 does not use your Personal Data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you, beyond standard fraud detection screening. Where automated screening flags an account, a human review is conducted before any consequential action is taken.

pkr36 processes your Personal Data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity: Processing that is necessary to perform the contract between you and pkr36 — including operating your account, processing transactions, and providing gaming services — is carried out on the basis that it is required to fulfil our contractual obligations to you.
• Legal obligation: Processing that is required to comply with applicable laws and regulations — including KYC verification, anti-money laundering checks, and responses to lawful regulatory requests — is carried out on the basis of legal compliance.

pkr36 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your Personal Data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. pkr36 may share your Personal Data only in the following circumstances:

• Third-Party Service Providers: pkr36 engages reputable third-party providers to perform services on its behalf, including payment processing (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, banking partners), identity verification, fraud screening, and IT infrastructure. pkr36 retains Personal Data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods imposed by legal and licensing obligations:

pkr36 uses cookies and similar technologies on the Platform for the following strictly defined purposes:

• Essential cookies: Required for core Platform functionality including session management, authentication, and security. These cannot be disabled without breaking the Platform.
• Performance cookies: Used to collect anonymised data on how Players navigate the Platform — such as page load times and error rates — to help pkr36 identify and fix technical issues.

pkr36 does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking technologies, or social media tracking pixels. Third-party advertising networks have no access to pkr36 Players' browsing activity on the Platform.

The pkr36 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and above. pkr36 does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21 and does not permit persons under 21 to register an account or access any gaming product on the Platform.

During the registration process, pkr36 collects date-of-birth information and may request identity documentation to verify that the registrant meets the minimum age requirement.
